Compliance
Designed for Mauritius payroll requirements
Mobiz Payroll gives you a configurable, auditable statutory engine and the exports you need. What it does not do is pretend to be a substitute for your own review.
Approach
How compliance is engineered
Dated effectivity
Every rule has an effective-from date and an optional effective-to date. Rules are resolved against the payroll period.
Versioned rule sets
Publishing new rates creates a new version. Existing locked payroll keeps the version it was calculated with.
Source references
Each rule stores the official publication it was taken from, so a figure can always be traced back.
Verification status
A rule is marked verified only after an administrator reconciles it against the official source.
Statutory exports
PAYE, CSG, NSF, PRGF, training levy and employer contribution reports as Excel, CSV and PDF.
Employer responsibility
Payroll regulations may change. Mobiz Payroll provides configurable tools based on applicable payroll rules, but employers remain responsible for reviewing and approving payroll before submission to the relevant authorities.
What we do not claim
Mobiz Payroll is not certified, endorsed or approved by any government authority, and it does not file returns on your behalf. It produces the reports and exports you use to make your own submission.
